Bought this during the Christmas sale and boy, it is HUGE! My daughter Madeleine turns 3 in May and this will be one of her gifts. Love it and I remember having Madame Alexander dolls as a child, so this was special to me! Can't wait to see her when she opens it :)

Breyer Classics Barn Review
We bought this for our 5 year old last Christmas. I thought this would be a good place for my daughter to keep all of her ponies. It is poorly constructed, one of the gates has never closed right. It falls down every time she plays with it and it is difficult to reassemble. Don't buy it.
I bought this barn for my daughter's birthday. She is just recently into horses and I thought this would be a great gift. Everything that was previously said is true. The barn is very flimsy and will crumple at the slightest touch. My daughter can't even play with it.

These are a glimpse of the classic realism of the old Breyer models. They are beautifully sculpted and painted to look very authentic - not shiny or cartoony at all. They are the smaller Classic size and really a very nice set.
My 10 year old daughter loves Breyer horses and collects them. She browses Amazon to find good deals and I bought her this as a reward for doing great in school. The package arrived before the estimated delivery day and in perfect condition.

The head on this doll is hard... I mean hard and if you have more than one small child you might want to reconsider. I am not sure about durablity it hasn't been given as a gift yet.

The rating reflects the outcome. I ordered this doll to display for my daughter's bridal make up and hair services which were held at my house the day of the wedding. The doll was two days late and a doll, not THE doll I ordered arrived the day of the wedding. The fullfillment center sent the wrong doll. I was very disappointed. I notified the seller and they credited my account for the doll but never offered to send me the right doll. It's tough dealing through e-mail for something like this. So I probably wouldn't order through this seller again since I wasn't satified with the outcome.
